Champagne Cascade
This November, join us to officially usher in the holiday season. With the stroke of an antique Napoleonic saber, a master swordsman severs the necks of Moet et Chandon champagne bottles. Once opened, the champagne is poured into the uppermost glass of an elaborate 6,000-glass pyramid rising nearly two stories in the hotel’s atrium lobby. The Champagne Cascade is open to the public and complements The Brown Palace’s lavish Sunday Brunch (optional). Reservations are required.
