Public Tours
Guided historical tours relating fun anecdotes about the general history of The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa are offered every Wednesday and Saturday at 2 p.m.
Tours are approximately 45-60 minutes in length. Public tours are free. Reservations are required.
Tours meet in the sitting area beside the entrance to the Ship Tavern.
Groups of 10 or more, please refer to the private tour information below.
Private Tours
Private tours are offered for large groups or anyone who wishes to schedule a tour outside the regular public tour times. Private tours are reserved through the hotel's Sales Office. Arrangements can be made by calling 303-297-3111 x3566. The tour scheduler is available weekdays during normal business hours. Private bookings will receive the general history tour unless arrangements are made at least two weeks in advance for a themed tour (eg - "Affairs of the Heart" or "Ghost" tours).
*Private tours are not available Wednesdays or Saturdays from 2-3 p.m. or when another tour is already reserved.

Add $40 to any group fee to have the historian conduct the tour dressed in Victorian costume.
Tour prices DO NOT include parking.
A portion of every tour fee goes to the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
