  Not too shabby! This is the Eisenhower Suite at the The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, where the former president stayed back in the 1950s!   It is with regret that I cannot recommend the Brown Palace to anyone .... We had experienced a wonderful tea there in January and when leaving , made a mistake on the credit card voucher. It has taken 3 phone calls before we got a response and when my daughter asked for the manager who handled the afternoon tea to return her call...we never heard back. It was a much anticipated trip and while enjoying the experience, had planned our return.. I am saddened by a place we assumed had superior customer service. It is shame....
