Dine Decadently with Dom Perignon Champagne

The Brown Palace’s Champagne Brunch at Ellyngton’s is a necessity for local guests and Colorado visitors. Each week, guests are welcomed to indulge in one of the most lavish Sunday brunch Denver offers, complete with buffet tables that include eggs and waffles, fresh seafood selections, sushi and salad stations, and artful items from the hotel’s own bakery. The Brown encourages guests to choose from four tiers: Domaine Chandon, Moet et Chandon, Dom Perignon, or only brunch.
