
Dine extravagantly in The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa’s atrium lobby next to our stunning two-story tree of champagne glasses and under our dazzling holiday decor. This one-of-a-kind fine dining experience will begin with a reception of hor d’oeuvres paired with Moet champagne. Guests will be seated at tables of eight with brand ambassadors from Moet, who will share about the wines and history of Moet & Chandon. Our Executive Chef, Rodney Herwerth, will present a four-course dinner with champagne pairings, including coveted the Dom Perignon, Moet Grand Imperial Vintage Blanc and Grand Imperial Vintage Rose. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy live music and conversation amidst holiday decor and lavish food.
