Please arrive at minimum 15 minutes prior to the start of your treatment to allow time for robe service as well as relaxing in our lounges and steam rooms. Guests arriving late will simply limit the time of treatment. Services will end on time and the full cost of treatment will be charged.

Cancellations

Accepted Answer

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours from the time of appointment for cancellations of services. Cancellations or appointment movements within the cancellation period will result in a 50% charge of regular priced services. No show appointments will result in charges of 100% of the original service costs. For groups of 5 or more, please allow a 48-hour cancellation period. A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking.

Cell phones must always be on silent. No photos are to be taken in private areas. Please be considerate of noise level, as we strive to provide a relaxing environment for all guests. A service charge of 23% of the original price of services will be added to your bill to compensate your spa professional. In appreciation of outstanding service additional gratuities may be given at your discretion. Spa services and amenities including massages, body treatments, facials, and lounge/locker rooms have a minimum age of 16 years old. All minors must be booked for the couple’s massage with a parent or guardian and same-gender massage therapist. A parent or guardian must be present at all times with minors in spa services and amenity areas. Salon services do not have a minimum age requirement; however, a parent or guardian must be present.
Please keep all personal items at home or in your hotel room. The Spa at The Brown Palace is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

How Do I Book A Spa Appointment?

Spa appointments may be booked by calling the spa directly to speak with the front desk team, or by reserving online through The Brown Palace website. Availability varies by day, so advance scheduling is recommended.

What Treatments Do You Offer?

The Spa at The Brown Palace offers a full menu of services, including massages, body wraps, exfoliating scrubs, facials, manicures, pedicures, and hair and makeup applications. The spa offers several options for couples, including side-by-side massages and a private couple’s plunge experience.

What Is The Spa Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the scheduled service. Guests who cancel within 24 hours or do not arrive for their appointment will incur full treatment fee, out of respect for the provider's time. Exceptions may still be made at spa discretion.

Can Minors Receive Spa Treatments?

Spa treatments are available only to guests ages 16 and older. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, be matched with a same-gender service provider, and have their parent or legal guardian remain in the treatment room for the duration of the service. This policy applies only to spa treatments and does not apply to nail, hair, or makeup services.

Can I Receive A Massage While Pregnant?

Massages are available after the first trimester. For your safety, massage services, including couples massages, are not available during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please let us know when booking your appointment so we can recommend the most appropriate treatment.

Is Parking Available At The Spa?

Valet parking is available for guests with scheduled spa treatments. Validation covers up to $18 of valet parking, and guests are responsible for any remaining balance above the validated amount.

How early should I arrive before my appointment?
